Job Description
Sr Eagle Pace Data Product Lead
We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual with extensive experience working in asset management IT, leading teams and developing business and technical solutions. In this role, you will support our newly implemented platforms, data and processes, leading a team of data and operations analysts. This is a pivotal opportunity as we transform our enterprise to align with the demands of a digital ecosystem to meet business needs.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide production support of various applications such as Eagle Pace, Eagle Star, Bloomberg AIM and associated data processes
Support day-to-day operations and lead a team of operations analysts
Mentor team to grow their functional and technical skills
Work with Eagle Pace & Bloomberg AIM to help architect overall business solutions for Eagle Pace and Eagle Star Upgrade and Transformation
Work with various internal IT and vendor teams to design and architect solutions
Conduct solution reviews
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
Extensive knowledge of data requirements associated with mutual funds, separately managed accounts, sub-advised funds (ie. Trades/transactions, positions, performance, cash, trial, security, price data)
Extensive functional knowledge of Eagle Pace and Eagle Star applications
10+ years in the Investments IT industry developing solutions
3+ years of strong functional and technical experience working with Eagle Pace & Eagle Star product modules
3+ years of experience working with Oracle PL/SQL
4+ years of experience developing business and technology
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to interact with business team members at all levels to obtain, understand, refine business and data requirements
Must have strong Investments industry knowledge
Must have some experience leading projects
Must have experience defining data and business requirements
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Bloomberg AIM Preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
Experience leading operations / Data teams preferred
Education:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience

Pay Transparency Law:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $132,600 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plansto receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
