About the role:
This role is responsible for leading the Cybersecurity Awareness and Training initiatives and assisting in other Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance program efforts. In this role, you will develop and implement cybersecurity training programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of employees across the organization. This includes conducting phishing campaigns to assess and improve employee awareness and response to phishing attacks.

Additionally, you will manage communications related to cybersecurity, assist with other governance functions, and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective information sharing and alignment of cybersecurity efforts, contributing to a strong security posture within the organization.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity Risk Management, but will regularly interface with senior leaders, business lines, and technical engineers. A successful candidate must be extremely detail oriented, timely, and capable of operating in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity awareness training tailored to different departments and roles within the organization.

Develop key social engineering and phishing campaigns to ensure employees are tested on their awareness of cybersecurity attempts.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Develop and maintain metrics for reporting to various levels of the organization that depict the efficacy and breadth of the cybersecurity awareness and training program.

Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to ensure material is current and relevant.

Serve as the subject matter expert on cybersecurity awareness and training within the organization.

Assist in Cybersecurity Governance and Risk management activities, including risk assessments, compliance audits and policy development to help drive program enhancement.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of program efforts with overall governance and risk management strategies.

Provide support in stakeholder engagement and management related to cybersecurity initiatives.

Communicate across all levels of the organization the importance of cybersecurity awareness and training through use of reports, presentations, and guidance documents.

Skills & Experience:
4+ years Cybersecurity experience, specifically in risk management practices, information security, and/or privacy frameworks.

Experience developing cybersecurity training materials preferred.

Ability to collaborate and influence others to action across the numerous business lines.
