Job Summary
Sr. Manager - ColorWorks is a dynamic leadership role encompassing all design planning and supervision activities of the two ColorWorks sites in the United States and Canada. It's a role that embraces the intersection of creativity and technology. The role includes responsibility for commercial product development and customer support activities for the largest global customers. This involves interaction with external designers, brand owners, manufacturers, production as well as our internal sales and marketing organization, to manage the initial steps of the plastic color development process. Leading the team involved in color and societal trends research, delivering on Consumer Color Directions ColorForward and inspiring customers in several markets such as Packaging, Automotive, Healthcare, Personal Care and Consumer Products.
