Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Perform data entry and update databases
- Contact customers via telephone and other electronic equipment for orders
- Coordinate delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Accept payment and apply to appropriate customer account
- Settle daily delivery routes
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
