Overview / Contractor’s Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with a particular focus on infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Azure DevOps, Confluence, PowerBI, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and Clarity.

Experience Level: 2

Qualifications (mut haves):
> Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in IT infrastructure environments.
> Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe) or equivalent Agile certification.
> Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps, Confluence, PowerBI, Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, and Clarity.
> Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
> Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
> Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in the IT infrastructure sector is highly preferred.
- Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are desirable.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
> Facilitate and guide the planning, tracking, and other day-to-day activities of an Agile project team, specifically focusing on infrastructure projects.
> Ensure team adherence to Agile principles and practices, maintaining the flexibility to adapt to emerging business and technology needs.
> Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all project requirements are clearly understood and met.
> Utilize Azure DevOps for backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition, as well as fostering continuous improvement.
> Manage project documentation and ensure it is kept up-to-date within Confluence.
> Create and maintain dashboards in PowerBI to track project KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
> Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare presentations and reports, enhancing communication across teams.
> Oversee incident and problem resolution workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact.
> Manage project portfolios and resource allocations using Clarity, ensuring optimal deployment of resources across projects.
