We are currently seeking a Trust Support Specialist for Wealth Management. This individual will be responsible for the administrative functions of setting up new accounts, asset transfers and processing billing payments.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
New account information set up on accounting system
Recurring payment set up on accounting system
Assist manager with daily workflow as assigned
Gather and process paperwork to complete incoming asset transfers in a timely manner
Process all recurring billing payments
Participate in all required training sessions for compliance
Maintain adequate controls to ensure compliance with consumer protection statutes/regulations in a defined area of responsibility
Implement bank-directed policy and changes relating to regulatory amendments
Mail Client correspondence as needed
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent GED required
Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred
College coursework preferred.
Minimum 5 years previous Administrative experience
Must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to deal effectively with the public
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work well under deadline pressure
Position requires the need to work varied hours/days including occasional overtime as business dictates. May need to travel to other branch locations
