Job Description
Manager Software Engineering (multiple openings) $164,986.00 to $175,600.00. Hire, retain and lead high-functioning, diverse group of engineering professionals, establishing clear objectives and key results, developing consistent set of practices and process across the team, and driving towards resolution of challenging problems. This includes all performance management aspects of leading the engineers including acquiring and providing 360 feedback and administering reviews.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Engineering Software Developer- related occupation.
