Job Description:
Team Facilitation - Facilitating UIUX team ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, refinement, etc.) to ensure alignment and value delivery
Project Planning and Coordination - collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, Project Managers, Agile Delivery Managers and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate UI/UX design activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Cross functional collaboration - Coordinating activities with cross functional teams and stakeholders (development teams, architecture teams, etc.)
Performance Management - Monitoring the performance of the team, providing feedback, coaching and support to help improve efficiency, collaboration and delivery quality
Risk Management - identifying and communicating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Agile coach for the team - Ensuring that the team adheres to agile principles and practices
Leadership status reporting
UI/UX Team Management - Managing the UX resources, capacity planning and workload estimation, resource allocation to match resources effectively to the right projects/UX effort and to ensure a balance distribution of work, manage team dynamics, addressing blockers, impediments and barriers
UX Backlog Management - Refining UX backlog, prioritizing UX features & user stories/scope with the team and Product Managers, ensuring that that the team has a clear understanding of scope for the planned PI and in each sprint within the PI
Adtalem UI/UX process definition, CoE set-up and overall team work process improvements to drive team effectiveness and success in UX deliverables
