This is a hybrid position primarily based in our Toronto, Canada, Louisville, KY, or our Bolingbrook Il office location. The Transformation Lead plays a pivotal hands-on role supporting the managing directors in the US and Canada managing a portfolio of projects contributing to the global transformation program. The Transformation Lead will coordinate with Project Managers locally to execute and deliver projects at the same time being a link to the broader global program. We are searching for a commercially savvy, customer-centered change expert. As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for Transformation change Management that possess the ability to bring people together to work collaboratively, define objectives, and influence stakeholders to get the best outcome.

The role will navigate a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adequate preparedness for the technical and Human resource side of change associated within the portfolio of projects.

You're adept at navigating a large, multi-geography, highly matrixed organization and getting the most from a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and enablers, including business stakeholders, project and program managers, partners (e.g. People/HR, Change, Finance etc.) and external suppliers.

The role reports directly to the Managing Directors of the US and CA CCS business and will work with Leadership Teams in both countries, as well as project teams around the world.

Other key duties required for the role include:
  • Meeting delivery objectives for all projects in the portfolio.
  • building strong of relationships across the organization.
  • Facilitation and execution of global governance and reporting requirements; and
Provide support provided to the NA teams.

What will you bring to the role?
  • Deep knowledge and experience of Program, Portfolio and Project management
  • Minimum of 10 years in leadership positions, managing delivery or transformation programs
  • P&L, budget, and financial management responsibilities and experience.
  • Experience in projects/programs implementing business and people-related change.
  • Experience managing in a very matrixed, multi-jurisdictional environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience
  • Ability to communicate and influence individuals in a range of settings,
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or other related discipline is required.
  • Project Management qualifications required.
  • Change management certification preferred.
