We are now recruiting a Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Remote.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the hiring efforts for assigned positions, partnering with hiring manager, plant and facility leadership and Human Resources. This position will be responsible for carrying a substantial requisition load of both hourly and salaried positions. The position can be remote, with occasional travel to our sites to facilitate interview days, collaborate with staff and leadership and to learn about the business.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Participate in building out a Talent Acquisition function by establishing best practices, developing sound processes and delivering the highest level of customer service to our key stake-holders, candidates and the community.
Post and maintain job requisitions in the ATS.
Create and maintain reports as needed on progress, pipelines, industry trends, outreach, etc.
Provide high-volume sourcing at all levels of the organization, with a keen focus on hourly and manufacturing support positions.
Provide candidate summaries and details to hiring manager.
Work with a sense of urgency to ensure a continuous, robust pipeline of candidates for all assigned positions.
Prioritize workflow according to direction from leadership.
Provide consistency in process in a highly ambiguous environment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience, agency and or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Experience in MS Office Suite
Ability and desire to travel to sites up to 25% of the time. Locations are Nashville, St. Louis, Milwaukee and Pasco, WA.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience with applicant and recruiting automation is preferred.
Strong knowledge of how to leverage social media for recruiting is a must.
Excellent customer service mindset and the ability to sell the opportunity is a must.
High attention to detail.
High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred.
