Job Description SummaryProvides professional project management experience to designated LEED for Existing Buildings, BREEAM In-Use, Fitwel, ENERGY STAR and other sustainability-oriented projects and assignments. Interacts with client representatives onsite, receives direction and coordinates with the property or facility management team. Develops, monitors and coordinates the execution of the various services and processes relating to client contracted agreements for sustainability project management and other sustainability engagements. Works in collaboration with the assigned account manager, building or facility management team, clients, owners and others.
Job Description
Manage multiple LEED for Existing Buildings, BREEAM, WELL, and/or Fitwel projects throughout the entire certification process
Set and manage project expectations
Effectively deliver project scopes within budget allocated
Provide strategic leadership, day-to-day project oversight, and management supervision over assigned sustainability projects and project teams
Actively lead and manage in the preparation of sustainability and energy management proposals
Establish and maintain client focus through performance goals, deliverables, reports, and value-added services
Oversee the integration of sustainability best practices into the daily operations of Cushman & Wakefield Identify strategic partnerships and alliances with national energy and sustainability providers and vendors
Develop new programs to educate and engage tenants, property management, senior management, and building ownership of sustainability efforts and projects
Develop a working knowledge of building mechanical systems in order to research and assess new products, systems, and technologies
Contribute to the growth of the Sustainability Services practice by proactively working with offices/markets/clients and building relationships across Cushman & Wakefield
Utilize contacts in the commercial real estate industry to identify new business opportunities, including key accounts and portfolio projects
Learn the BREEAM In-Use program and provide support as a team member of BREEAM In-Use projects

Requirements
Bachelor Degree; Sustainable Building, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of sustainability and LEED for Existing Buildings project management experience
Ability to procure and maintain the LEED AP Operations and Maintenance (LEED AP O+M) designation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, LEED ARC, LEED Online, and ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Demonstrated success as an effective manager and leader
Excellent oral and written communication skills and technical presentation ability
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
