Ability to drive and oversee the proper and efficient use of work center resources.

Leads and directs the work force to meet the daily work schedule.

Ability to train and mentor associates for Skills Matrix advancement.

Understands and demonstrates production standards (Welding, Shear, Forming, Assembly, Electrical, etc.).
Works in full compliance with safety regulations.
Leads and/or supports area process improvement efforts.
Reports production.
Ability to locate and print out drawings for departmental use.
Ability to utilize the MSR system for materials required for production.
Ability to use Syteline to pull up reports and department scheduled.
Ability to read specification sheets and drawings (blueprints).
Basic Computer aptitude.
Demonstrate and hold teammates accountable for professional behavior.
Requirements
Knowledge of labor skills necessary to lead and train in specific Departments.
Excellent attendance and work record.
Strong analytic / Problem Solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be in good standing with documented excellent performance.
