Position Highlights:
Position: Administrative Fellow
Location: Evanston and Warrenville
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, flexible
Required Travel: Yes, between sites
A Brief Overview:The purpose of this job is to serve as the fellow reporting to the President and CEO, Evanston Hospital, NorthShore University HealthSystem or his designee, for a one-year period. This program is designed to ensure practical experience in all facets of healthcare management for the fellow. The fellow will work closely with senior management on special projects in support of strategic initiatives and our common mission. The objective of this job is to allow the fellow to develop leadership skills and management skills through direct participation in management activities.What you will do:

Ongoing growth and development form participation in events such as workshops, in-service programs, and departmental meetings.
Attend administrative staff meetings, department head meetings, board meetings and other special committee meetings.
Complete research and projects as assigned by the CEO or his designee.
Contribute to administrative decision making.What you will need:
Masters Degree Health Administration Required
High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a quick paced environment.
