About the Role

As a CBRE Communications Manager, you will develop and deliver internal and external communication-related programs and initiatives.

This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, performance, and others.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement coordinated communications plan, strategy and vision

Build and deliver central messaging and content across a variety of internal communications channels. This includes departmental communications, email, newsletters, etc.

Work across teams to find out potential news and story ideas and ensure organizational initiatives and projects are optimally communicated to employees and partners.

Partner with management to deliver client-facing messaging, events, presentations, etc.

Develop reports, track engagement, and report outcomes. Learn innovative programs, technology, and software.

Guide the delivery of local and regional communications plans and programming in support of the business and internal departments.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values

Ensure messaging aligns across all channels and with company goals and values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

Apply knowledge of own field to achieve team and departmental objectives.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

Ability to guide the exchange of complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.

Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the Communications Manager position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
