As a member of Ford’s Global Contact Center Voice Channel department, the ideal candidate will enjoy solving complex problems, have strong interpersonal skills, and a desire for continuous improvement. What you’ll do…
+ Enhance and support the tools and technologies our customers use to connect with our agents.
+ Develop the technical solution for functional requirements.
+ Deliver valuable, working, tested, quality software released at market speed.
+ Collaborate directly and continuously with the Agile team to deliver business requirements.
+ Perform detailed technical discoveries, identifying problem areas, define technical and business requirements and solutions
+ Design and develop contact center voice channel applications that are hosted on agent desktops and the Google Cloud Portal.
+ Understand the depth of user stories and provide accurate delivery estimates.
You’ll have…
+ BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or relevant feild
+ 5+ years experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
+ 5+ years experience in developing software solutions written in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular J.
+ 1 year+ experience with security vulnerability tools (e.g. FOSSA, Checkmarx, SonarQube), code versioning tools (e.g GitHub)
Even better, you may have…
+ Experience with deploying on GCP cloud infrastructure.
+ Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
+ Experience with deploying API’s to APIGEE.
+ Ability to develop and integrate IT solutions using agile methodology considering architecture patterns, critical performance characteristics, security measures and customer requirements.
+ Ability to understand and troubleshoot 3 rd party vendor solutions.
