Job Summary:

The software verification engineering manager plans, directs and leads engineering staff and activities to test embedded machine software to ensure the software meets product group and customer expectations.

What You Will Do:

- Manage the engineering staff and activities with an emphasis on organizational goals achievement, professional development and continuous improvement.

- Provide leadership to create and maintain software verification/validation capabilities through Hardware-in-the-Loop and Software-in-the-Loop testing

- Manage supplier contracts and deliverables associated with verification testing and support

- Maintain hardware-in-the-loop test systems, including management of lab and technicians, including safe job procedures.

- Manage overall section spend to pre-determined affordability limits, adjusting spend and priorities as needed.

Education Requirement:

- Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

The location for this position is Mossville, IL.

Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.

This position will require up to 10% travel.
