We are looking for a Principal Mechanical Systems Engineer. This person will be responsible for oversee very complex AMHS/ASRS engineering programs at a “ten thousand foot view” and will be regularly presenting project related data to internal senior leaders and executives and customer leaders and executives. This person will need to have a complex understanding of mechanical systems, preferably in the AMHS or ASRS fields (automated material handling or automated storage/retrieval) or similar intralogistics experience. This person will be responsible for the development of requirements documents that will create guidance and direction for functional engineering teams like: mechanical, controls, and electrical, so a technical understanding of system requirements and experience creating requirements is critical.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
5+ years of experience in a technical project management or technical leadership role
Very strong presentation skills Automated material handling system (AMHS) experience or automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) experience null
