Starting in August our clients will be working for a prime contractor providing all the support building for a water treatment facility in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. The buildings are pre engineered steel buildings and will house mechanical and offices. The goal is to hire someone now and put them on the project below to get familiar with the client and prime contractors ways of doing work. All responsibilities will be the same but on the Florida project they will be the lead superintendent.
$1 Billion Powerplant is being built in Cumberland City, TN. Our client has $50 million project to provide 10 pre-engineered steel buildings with 5 of those being precast. These buildings will house everything from offices with fully built out interiors to housing mechanical buildings. One building will be what is referred to as a “penthouse” and will be a steel building that is 140 feet up in the air on a platform and house equipment.
Job Duties:
Oversee site Safety
Create, Maintain, and/or review all Documentation
Project oversight, quality control, scheduling
Communicate with trades, subcontractors, clients, and owners
Manage project materials
Manage subcontractors to keep project on schedule
