Duration: 6 Month with possible extension

Rate: $35.33/ hr on W2

Job Description

Role Description:

As a Middle Office Procedure Senior Associate (Business Process Management Senior Associate), you will join a Middle Office Global Practices organization that is transforming the framework for CB's Procedure Library content.

You will support the transformation of CB Middle Office Procedures, annual attestation process as well as periodic change requests.

You will interface and collaborate with all levels and functions throughout the business.

You should have a passion for improving procedures, as well as simplifying them to improve the employee experience and accuracy to improve the client experience.

In addition to supporting the development and management of procedure content, you should be comfortable and capable of managing multiple projects across stakeholders, communicating at their level of analytical or technical understanding.

Job responsibilities:
  • This position will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, revising, and developing procedures through partnership with Product Subject Matter Experts and Library Functions Heads to maintain accuracy of content.
  • Create, modify, and write standardized procedures, supplemental documents, and process map workflows per business requirements through partnership with Product Subject Matter Experts and Library Functions owners to maintain accuracy of content.
  • Continuously ensure that documents are updated, streamlined, maintained- and archived appropriately.
  • Maintain ownership of Middle Office Supporting Documents in centralized location.
  • Work across organizational boundaries with internal partners to ensure the delivery of quality products and services.
  • Build relationships and establish credibility, which is founded on a detailed understanding of operational data and processes.
  • Foster an environment of trust with internal partners and their senior management, where issues are escalated, identified, and resolved effectively.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience developing, writing, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to write high-quality procedures in a simple, clear, and concise manner.
  • Previous experience adapting to a fast paced, transformative work environment while driving results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills.
  • Passion for learning new working models, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work with technology teams to help improve user accessibility and interface.
  • Motivated and results oriented creative thinker.
  • College degree preferred, and / or 6+ years of experience in client service, operations, technology, sales, or portfolio management. Financial services experience is a plus.
