UIC is seeking a Learning System Administrator and Support to join our Technology Solutions team. This role is primarily responsible for the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and providing Tier 2 troubleshooting support for various academic technology applications and systems of UIC instructors and students. The focus for this position includes coordinating incident resolution, when needed escalation to respective responsible parties, both internal and external, as well as associated task assignments and training for a Tier 2 internal team.

Oversee day-to-day system administration of teaching and learning systems, including maintenance and support, with particular relevance to the LMS. Assist in testing, and integration of UIC's learning systems. Assist others working in the LMS, web and video conferencing applications, and various teaching and learning technologies and related support activities. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support for academic technology. Assist clients in using LMS tools, multimedia, communication, collaboration, and other software applications. Coordinate and ensure continuity through proactive system administration, support team coordination, and direct instructor and student support.
