Job Description
Overview: Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct services and enjoys providing care in a variety of settings. This is a full-time position working Sunday through Thursday, 3p-11:30pm. The successful candidate will see clients at various Chestnut housing sites in Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois.
Responsibilities: Provide consumer-driven services such as assessment, therapy, community support, and medication services. Use evidence-based practices that focus on skill building and individual, roommate, family, and group therapy. Link clients to additional clinical resources. Assume leadership role with little to no guidance and oversight.
Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
