We are currently seeking a Part Time Caretaker/ Housekeeper to join our team at Huntington Ridge, a 96 unit apartment community in Springfield, IL.
$1,500 sign on bonus included!

Position Summary:
As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the building(s) and surrounding grounds in a neat and tidy manner.
Responsibilities:
Maintain general appearance of the property and grounds
Clean common areas, hallways, and amenities
Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Establish a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents
Be on-call as scheduled by management
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping and cleaning experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
