In this position…

As a Product Manager for our digital eCommerce team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online retail. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product development lifecycle, and ensuring our digital offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing user satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

What you’ll do…

+ Define and articulate product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and customer needs.

+ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital eCommerce space.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and implement innovative product features and enhancements.

+ Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including prioritization of features, roadmap planning, and milestone tracking.

+ Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and inform future product decisions.

+ Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate insights into product development.

+ Ensure product compliance with legal, regulatory, and technical standards relevant to the eCommerce industry.

You’ll have…

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in product management, preferably within the digital eCommerce or tech industry.

+ Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Deep understanding of eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

+ Agile/Scrum certification or experience is a plus.
