In this position…

The Ford Pro Select Account Manager reports directly to the Ford Pro General Manager, Commercial & Government Sales. General responsibilities for the role are as follows:

+ Support and guide select account managers (SAMs) reporting to this position in achieving objectives and key results with ICE/BEV Vehicle Sales, Charging, Fleet Management Software, and Telematics service solutions.

+ Review and approve Competitive Price Allowance (CPA) proposals for valued and strategic long term Ford Pro SAM customers.

+ Provide counsel to fleets on new product offerings, production, and distribution timing, while actively pursuing small customer conquest fleets.

+ Maintain and continually develop strong relationships with fleet management companies who order and drive many small customer fleets to Ford Pro.

+ Drive SAM utilization of customer sales tools, i.e. Salesforce, FBMS for internal and external end user support.

+ Actively develop and maintain cross functional relationships with key Ford Pro stakeholders (Charging, Telematics, FMS), working towards mutual Pro metrics & objectives.

+ Ensure customer satisfaction through support of SAM team and results driven by yearly customer survey for each account manager.

+ Continued support and development of select account managers career and future development.

You’ll have…

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Required

+ 5+ years of experience in account management working with various customers in managing their day to day business

+ 3+ years of experience of data analytics using Excel

+ 3+ years of experience working on presentations for customers utilizing PowerPoint

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Able to collaborate with various Ford Pro departments and teams

+ Strong knowledge of Ford Pro’s fleet and commercial portfolio
