In this position…

The Order Management System Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our order management system (OMS), a key component of our eCommerce platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute product features that improve order processing, inventory management, and overall customer satisfaction. Your expertise will guide the evolution of our OMS to meet the growing demands of our clients and their customers.

What you’ll do…

+ Develop and implement a product vision and strategy for the order management system, aligned with the overall business goals.

+ Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify new features and improvements that address customer pain points.

+ Collaborate with engineering, customer support, and operations to prioritize and deliver high-impact product enhancements.

+ Manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely and effective execution of product development milestones.

+ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development decisions.

+ Serve as the primary liaison between the product team and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

+ Ensure the order management system complies with industry standards, and regulatory requirements, and integrates seamlessly with other eCommerce tools and platforms.

You’ll have…

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically with order management systems or similar software in an eCommerce environment.

+ Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including inventory management, order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.

+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Experience with agile software development methodologies.

This position is a salary grade 7.
