The Senior Process Improvement Professional analyzes, and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. The Senior Process Improvement Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Process Improvement Professional is an autonomous, strategic thinker that works across functions and knowledge domains to create best business practices inside and outside of the Medicare Billing and Reconciliation organization. This professional will build upon our measurement foundation to analyze internal and external data to recommend and implement organizational changes, technologies, processes, and procedures that enhance safety, increase productivity, increase revenue, and reduce cost.

You will work in the Medicare Billing and Reconciliation organization. Responsibilities may include:

+ Demonstrate strategic management, business process leadership, and data analytics skills to define, measure, and deliver sustainable value.

+ Optimize the business organization, structure, systems, and processes.

+ Align business process to strategy, operational plans, and departmental objectives.

+ Perform portfolio, program, and/or project management.

+ Develop business cases, assign value to changes, and prioritize changes.

+ Work with internal and external teams to define business opportunities that enhance safety, increase productivity, increase revenue, and reduce cost.

+ Design and implement right-sized business systems and formulate automation plans.

+ Analyze, define, right-size, and implement quality controls.

+ Analyze, interpret, and display financial, health, competitive, and performance measurement data and use insights to optimize projects.

+ Utilize Business Process Management (BPM) software to optimize processes.

+ Map supplier inputs, business process, customer journey, and customer output.

+ Apply change management and communication planning to projects.

+ Represent Medicare Billing and Reconciliation to leadership, key stakeholders, and key business partners.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Self-organizing and autonomous.

+ Big picture, systems thinker.

+ Experience in a healthcare solutions industry.

+ Experience with program and/or project management.

+ Experience with cross-functional projects.

+ Experience with data analysis, interpretation, and display.

+ Experience with performance excellence, business systems

+ Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and decision making.

+ Ability to positively influence others.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Comfortable with change and ambiguity.

+ Open to new ways of working with process and process improvement.

+ Passionate about continuously improving consumer experience.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid.

+ Experience with Medicare Reconciliation.

+ Experience analyzing, interpreting, and displaying financial, health, competitive, and performance measurement data.

+ Experience leading strategy and/or operational planning.

+ Experience consulting to, and/or influencing, executive leadership.

+ Experience influencing change in a matrix organization.

+ Experience with business process management (BPM) software.

+ Experience working with in the software development lifecycle.

+ Experience with Microsoft Excel chart creation, macros, and pivot tables.

+ Experience with Power BI.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$76,800 – $105,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
