What Quality Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health

Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.

Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.

Responsibilities :

+ Responsibly manages and assigns site visit requests to Controlled Substance Monitoring Program (CSMP) Investigators.

+ Effectively supports CSMP Investigators when necessary.

+ Properly communicates updated information to Team in a timely manner.

+ Works directly with internal/external stakeholders to complete the site visit process.

+ Ensures requested data is received by proper due date.

+ Answers any questions/concerns about site visit process.

+ Schedules site visits directly with external stakeholders.

+ Assist with the creating of the site visit workbooks by assigned regions.

+ Works directly with the CSMP Analytics Team to determine any needed changes.

+ Reinforce site visit communications and guidelines around cycle times.

+ Manages and reviews completed unannounced site visits.

+ Effectively manages and communicate restrictions and reinstatements from manufacturers.

+ Assist with the Pharmacy Customer Data (PCD) collection process.

+ Supports requests from CSMP Leadership.

Qualifications

+ BA, BS, or equivalent experience in related field preferred.

+ 5+ years experience preferred.

+ Working knowledge of site visit operations preferred.

+ Prior experience/knowledge of controlled substance regulations, including those promulgated by DEA and State Boards of Pharmacy, preferred.

+ Prior experience with high level communications, problem resolution, analytical thinking, preferred.

+ May contribute to the development of policies and procedures

+ Works on complex projects of large scope

+ Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems

+ Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives

+ Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects

+ Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives

+ May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Anticipated salary range: $78,500 – $112,100
