Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Analyst of IT Communications is responsible for a range of communications for the Digital Technology org. This includes but is not limited to writing newsletter articles, tracking engagement metrics, creating newsletter graphics, brainstorming creative communication content and producing internal videos. The ideal candidate will thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery and innovation. You are a great communicator with prior experience in communication, social media or marketing. You have a strong attention to detail and process and enjoy building relationships across the organization to drive efficiency.

+ Work with leaders and DT partners to craft stories that highlight innovation, teamwork, and efficiency across the department to promote in the digital technology newsletter

+ Write stories, create graphics and produce videos for email, blog articles and video series

+ Partner with Corporate Communications to promote digital technology accomplishments and news to the appropriate internal and external channels

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

+ 2+ years in communications-related experience

+ Communications

+ Outstanding writing skills with a passion for communications

+ Experience crafting compelling stories and demonstrated experience crafting a customer/product story, or a corporate announcement

+ Self starter with ability to work cross-functionally and cross-departmentally

+ Basic graphic design and video editing skills

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, or related field

+ Marketing, Social Media

+ Graphic Design, Video editing and production
