Our client is looking for an IT Financial Analyst who has worked on a large transformation project. Responsibilities below:
- Code invoices in billing system
- Track actuals hours on invoices vs. Time logged in 7pace time tracking system
- Research charges and invoices in support of CAPEX projects
- Research invoice inquiries as needed
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
Code contractor invoices
Contractor accruals
Contract labor inside and out
Procurement
Be organized — understand how to
Nameso n invoices don’t match for people in the system — middle names, Dnumber (unique identifier)
Vlookups, to find the right identifier
Invoice number, Resource name, D-Number, amount per month
Look into Timetracking system and match the time
Don’t want data person,
Understand bigger picture for how finances tie together
Understand hours calculated to rate No tracking data/spend
Monthly close time — create accrual in Excel
Share your screen
Show us excel document you mace
Run a pivot out of that

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within an IT Finance role (Financial planning and analysis)
- MS Excel expert — must do formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc
- Knowledgeable on IT Finance concepts like Software and asset capitalization, capital planning
o General ledger/invoice management systems
- Experience coding invoices, tracking budgets and actuals
- Aligned with an IT role/experience with the PMO * Invoicing system — APA
- PowerBI
- Smartsheet
- 7Pace timetracker (Azure DevOps system)
- Higher education industry/background
- Presentations on IT Finance health to senior executives null
