Job Description
HIRING SHIPPING CLERKS IN EAST MOLINE, ILLINIOS
? Description:
Shipping Coordinator will assign and track locations for all orders and will identify and prepare orders ready for shipment.
This role will float between East Moline & Davenport and coordinate a team of 7-10 people.
Forklift experience is a must, also knowledge with computers and shipping/receiving sheets.
Shipping Clerk is responsible for accurately processing customer orders for shipment, schedule inbound and outbound trucks, maintain reports, assist with shipping related inquires and pick order.
This position is solely in East Moline and is more computer/excel based than on the floor regularly but will fill in where needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Shipping coordinator will assign and track locations for orders.
Utilize excel spreadsheets
identify orders that are ready for shipment.
Notify the shipping of orders
Shift Timings:
1st shift. Monday-Friday. 6:00am – 2:30pm.
