Vernon, IL location is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Systems Coordinator to join our group. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

THE POSITION
Responsible for supervision and coordination of PM Technicians. Directly responsible for labor and maintenance costs monitoring and control. Responsible for implementing and monitoring PM programs and schedules.
1. Plan schedule work.
2. Follow-up on scheduled work.
3. Make area inspections.
4. Cost and labor monitoring.
5. Supervision of Maintenance PM Technicians.
6. Order parts and material.
7. Perform other duties as directed by Plant Engineer

Basic Qualifications:
AAS Degree in a technical field required. Technical Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Continental is not able to offer visa support.
Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience preferred
