Job Description
Responsible for the Recruits' Bed Rolls, Cleaning and Consumable Supplies operations of the Recruit Training Command (RTC), providing assistance in oversight and inventory management of the Uniform Reclaim Area ensuring compliance with Goodwill and RTC Standard Operating Procedures assuring annual goals and RTC mission is met or exceeded.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Receive incoming material from Laundry Truck, delivery vehicles; load and unload inbound and
outbound material.
2. Issue cleaning supplies and bed rolls from stock. Coordinate and ensure pickup and deliveries
are on time.
3. Maintain stock records of items in storeroom and warehouse.
4. Run required reports and fill out forms issued by either Goodwill Great Lakes or the Navy.
5. Conduct periodic, special or scheduled inventories as required.
6. Serve as back up to staff in case of emergencies, illness or vacation time.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be a High School Graduate or GED Equivalent Maintain a high level of professionalism
2. Warehouse Operations background.
3. Customer Service oriented
4. Ability to obtain forklift certification.
5. Valid driver license
6. Hold at least an Interim Secret Clearance.

5. Vision is required to obtain forklift license as well as to visually inspect materials for
conformance.
6. Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt and
dust.
7. Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work: heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of
objects weighing over 50 pounds.
