Job Description
The Technical Reviewer II is a key role in certification process and ensuring the quality of certification for clients. This role performs a wide range of technical, administrative and customer-related duties with varying complexity. As the technical support, it requires an independent worker who enjoys detail oriented and data review tasks. Additionally, they will work collaboratively with account managers, fellow team members, and clients to provide technical support for conformance review questions, and training.
