Job Description
An AmLaw firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of Mergers and Acquisitions experience to join their team. Preference is for Chicago, but the firm will consider highly qualified attorneys for any of their major offices! Attorneys should have experience drafting transaction documents, managing due diligence, counseling clients on related issues, while working on complex high-dollar deals. Experience with private equity deals greatly preferred.This is a top of firm attorneys looking to work on sophisticated matters in a less intense environment. Attorneys at this firm enjoy an 1850 billable, one-tier partnership, and a two-tiered bonus system.
