Job Description
A well-respected AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a general corporate finance attorney to join their team in Chicago (though may be open to to the rmajor cities for the right candidate). Qualified candidates will have 4-6+ years of experience in a reputable corporate/banking private practice working on finance transactions including drafting loan documents and ancillary documentation, managing due diligence, and counseling on transactions through closing. Candidates should have good academics from a reputable school.Attorneys at this firm have the benefit of a lower billable requirement than their peer firms (1900, 150 of which can come from pro bono and firm contributions). The firm has competitive compensation model, a one-tiered partnership, and excellent benefits.
