About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a seasoned Event Marketing/Audience Acquisition Manager (Contractor, 6 months) to support our fast growing annual customer conferences this Fall.
What You’ll Do:
  • Audience Acquisition: This critical role will successfully project manage, amend and execute an existing in-process audience acquisition strategy for impressive year-over-year growth, working cross-functionally within CrowdStrike and with key partners to drive attendance results across email, social, digital and web. You will also perform data-driven analysis throughout the campaign, adjusting strategy as-needed, and ensuring maximum registration-to-attendance conversion.

  • Registration Management: You’ll work with our existing reg vendor and internal teams to ensure proper integrations, reporting and smooth & secure registration experiences for all attendees pre-event and on-site.

  • Post Event Wrap Up: You’ll analyze successes and data-driven lessons learned, support the greater team in post-event promotions, and plan virtual event experiences to extend the event lifecycle and maximize the event investment.

  • What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in personalizing/targeting marketing content for multiple attendee types

  • Experience with event registration technology (preferentially Rainfocus), badge mapping, and attendee mobile app journeys

  • Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across global cross-functional teams that are not under direct control

  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve and come up with solutions and recommendations.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, work independently, problem solve, improvise, and function as part of a team that must perform under pressure

  • Experience evaluating event performance, including data-driven post event analysis, de-briefs and wrap-up reports

  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience with fast-paced teams and driving substantial year-over-year growth
