What you'll do

In this role, you will be a highly visible, independent leader and operator playing a key role in scaling the Partner Strategy & Ops team. You will work on topics that range from groundbreaking go to market (GTM) strategy to the nuts and bolts of sales operations.
You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, business expertise, and robust cross-functional partners across Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Sales, Finance and others to inform, influence, and implement strategy and investment decisions. You will work closely with our Partner Ecosystem Leadership to set GTM strategy and medium to long term goals for the business. You will then lead the execution of many of these initiatives, supporting them with ad hoc reporting and analysis along the way.
You will excel as a trusted advisor, creative problem solver, and exceptional problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to structure and navigate complex problems and processes. You can simultaneously think strategically and take a hands-on approach to deep dive into our data to deliver high level or detailed well-structured models and analysis depending on the business need. You will succeed by combining analytical insight, technical proficiency, discernment, and the ability to collaborate and influence your key partners and cross-functional teams.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Partner Strategy & Operations Director.
Responsibility
Support partner leadership with owning business activities such as forecasting, M/QBR preparation, annual operational planning, etc.
Define and drive cross-functional strategic projects focused on improving our go-to-market (GTM) engine
Apply business insight and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches to identify areas of opportunity, size potential impact, forecasting, and measure success of partner efforts through goal setting, and monitoring of key metrics to understand trends.
Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes, efficiency drivers, infrastructure and regional performance
Design and build intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisions
Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives
Operate with a high degree of autonomy
Assist with ad hoc requests and projects from the partner and WWFO organizations
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic
BS/BA degree or equivalent in work experience
8+ years of experience in a Sales or Partner Operations role
Preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex data analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
Experience working closely with senior sales and business development leaders, prior exposure to high-growth work environments
Experience with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau
Comfortable with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your analytical skills to collaborate with the rest of the cross functional teams to build solutions
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles are all highly desirable
