Job Description

This hands-on internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced production environment. You will work closely with our engineering team to support various projects and initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and safety of our production processes.

• Assist in the development and implementation of engineering projects within the production plant.
• Conduct process analysis and provide recommendations for improvements in production efficiency and cost reduction.
• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to resolve engineering and technical issues.
• Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives and project evaluations.
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to the development of safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the engineering manager or senior engineers.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and machinery used in the food industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in engineering software tools or similar programs.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic production environment.
