Job Description
Provide expertise and configuration level support of the SAP modules to the organization to optimize the SAP environment and business processes; work closely with process owners and IT leadership to proactively solve business needs through best SAP practices; diagnose SAP issues impacting the business and recommend a solution or enhancement that maximizes the speed of change; interact with our outsourcing partners to resolve issues that are captured within the ticketing process; interact with all levels of the organization to provide support, training and process improvement expertise of the Finance and Controlling modules in SAP; oversee SAP business processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay; develop training materials as well as conduct audits of existing documentation and business process; lead projects to work with process owners on minor and major enhancements; guide consistent standards and approaches through execution and maintenance; write queries and reports in SAP in response to business needs; resolve administrative issues such as SAP security, G/L account creation, and the setup of new legal entities; create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs; synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action; identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools; and generate reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, and other stakeholders.
