What Youll Do:

  • Order, track, and ship original collateral following the guidelines of each custodian.
  • Work with the MRC Oversight team to ensure service requirements are followed and maintained
  • Mail the original note and paid in full letters to the borrower according to regulation and maintain all files entering and leaving the Secured File Room
  • Support Junior Post Closer Position

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Prior Mortgage Banking or Title Company experience preferred
  • Detail orientated, strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Maintain professional relationship within organization as well as developing a strong rapport with outside vendors
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Basic proficiency in use of high volume scanner
