We are seeking a Manager, Portfolio Management to join our Global Real Estate Portfolio Management team, whose mission is to ensure JLL's occupied real estate portfolio meets the needs of the business. The Manager, Portfolio Management will report to the Global Real Estate Portfolio Management Lead, and will support efforts to deliver creative, cost-effective solutions that not only look good on paper, but also work in practice.
The Manager, Portfolio Management will be responsible for aggregating and analyzing large data sets of lease, occupancy, financial, workplace experience, and sustainability information, which will serve as the basis for all strategy development activities. S/he will support the Global Portfolio Management Lead in preparing supply/demand analyses, developing pro forma financials, gathering and evaluating economic, demographic, and real estate market data, preparing business cases, and developing a variety of written communications for stakeholders.
The Manager, Portfolio Management will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing occupancy data, workplace strategies and business operating plans as part of the on-going portfolio management process. S/he will help our team successfully complete strategic analyses in the following areas:
Metro-area portfolio strategy
Supply/demand analysis
Financial modeling and complex analytics
Workplace and sustainability strategy
What this job involves:
Large Quantity Data Analyses
Gather and manage inputs to a large data set, used as the "source of truth" for portfolio analyses across JLL's global portfolio; support integration with technology tools
Prepare and organize raw data for use in financial models, portfolio dashboards, and ad hoc reporting
Financial Analysis
Develop pro forma financials on pre-tax, after-tax, net present value cash flow and book bases, and unique chargeback analyses
Perform complex financial analyses with minimal supervision
Qualitative Analysis
Review and analyze quantitative portfolio data, project timelines, market information and other data as part of the scenario evaluation process
Coordinate with subject matter experts across the firm to ensure we incorporate appropriate specialization as part of strategy development (e.g, JLL Research, Economic Incentives, Labor Analytics, Global Benchmarking Group, Brokerage)
Develop frameworks to objectively evaluate alternatives; define and execute relevant qualitative and quantitative analysis
Client Service
Create high quality written & verbal communications on a daily basis
Prepare and deliver stakeholder presentations with influence and impact

Bachelor's degree with a focus in Real Estate, Finance or Accounting desired
4+ years if relevant experience
Complex financial modeling and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Excel, VBA, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau and Power BI a plus
Real Estate, Project Execution, or Consulting Experience
Statistics and/or Research experience
Database framework/design experience (primarily Excel, but SQL a plus)
Well-developed Verbal, Communication, and Presentation Skills
Highly Organized
