The ideal candidate would likely have a background in operations management, finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and driving operational excellence. Responsibility included not limited to:

+ Running the Marketing Game Plan Process: Collaborating and driving with staff from the GMG, marketing categories, and finance to develop the marketing plan.

+ Leading Marketing Finance Tool Implementation: Taking charge of the deployment and management of a marketing budget management tool to streamline marketing financial operations.

+ Annual Financial Planning: Working closely with Finance and the operations team to develop a project plan to lead the GMG staff and respective operations teams to outline strategies and determine budget needs for the upcoming year.

+ Monitoring Spend: Ensuring that the organization’s spending is on track and properly recorded in financial systems, in collaboration with the Finance, GMG, and regional teams.

+ Operational Support: Serving as the primary contact for operational inquiries related to business processes.

+ Improving Operations Resources: Enhancing the organization’s self-service resources for operations to increase efficiency.

+ Building Organizational Culture: Fostering a positive culture within the organization and maintaining momentum through recognition and communication excellence.

+ Special Projects: Taking on additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree in any field or in lieu of degree 8+ years of experience in the following:

+ 5+ years of combined experience in the following:

+ Project management

+ Financial, business, and project data analysis and recommendation.

+ Standing up systems and processes to facilitate team operation.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Working with business data and Microsoft office products

+ Professional certifications such as Certified Operations Manager (COM), Project Management Professional (PMP), etc.

+ Knowledge of supply chain management processes and logistics and international operations.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $116,819.00-$175,333.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
