The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing all federal, state, and international tax activities within the organization, reporting to the Tax Director. This includes managing tax reporting, planning, and compliance functions. The Tax Manager will ensure the completion of tax returns in order to minimize the organization’s tax obligations. They will also oversee compliance and audits related to federal, state, and local income tax, sales and use tax, and property tax. Additionally, the Tax Manager will lead and manage a team of Tax Analysts and Tax Accountants, with responsibilities including hiring, firing, conducting performance appraisals, and conducting pay reviews.

Skills and Requirements
*Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. Certified Public Accountant required.
- 4-8 years of experience with an emphasis in multi-state and international tax with a responsibility for results, including costs and methods.
*Experience with preparing and adhering to a budget.
*SAP knowledge.
*Experience with preparing and adhering to budget. * CCH experience
