Sodexo’s Independent School Services Division is seeking a high energy, client-centered General Manager to lead our food service partnership with a long-tenured, premier client located in Lake Forest, IL.
Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven communication and client relations skills as well as have a passion for innovation and growth. Experience managing a food service team in an education environment is strongly preferred but not required. Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

+ have experience managing multiple locations;
+ integrate fully within our client’s organization becoming a trusted adviser and member of the accounts leadership team;

+ create an exceptional student experience through marketing, menu design, and food quality;
+ lead and motivate the team, inspiring strategic direction;
+ ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments;
+ sustain client satisfaction and retention
