Job Description
Looking for:
-Minimum two years of experience in a Procurement capacity
-Bachelors Degree (Finance, Business, Engineering, etc.)
-Experience working with contracts and SOWs (management, administration, negotiation, etc.)
Description:
This person will be a key link among site procurement teams, divisional category procurement organizations, and corporate procurement category managers.
- Maintain good relations with internal and external customers by ensuring professional behavior and by processing their inquiries on time
- Proactively seek innovative ways to improve the procurement processes, cycle times, and customer service levels
- Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, end users, and suppliers
- Develop business relationships with suppliers to preserve good business reputation while still obtaining competitive prices
- Lead resolution on issues and invoice error
- PO change management and communicate trends of changes
- Resolves complaints and disputes between requestors, purchasing, receiving, vendors, and any other applicable stakeholders
- Will be negotiating contracts for both direct and indirect vendors
Hours: Onsite
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm
