JOB SUMMARY

This position provides Tier 1 tech support related to the administration of SharePoint websites and Power Platform solutions.Focused time management, exemplary customer service, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to prioritize are keys to success in this position. The nature of the position requires an ability to communicate clearly on a variety ofdifferent levels, both externally and internally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process, manage,monitorand perform quality assurance on support requests.

Maintain 99% (or higher) Service Level Agreementcompliance

Utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Office products to update web content.

Provide content delivery by following established web publishing processes.

Provide web best practices consulting as needed, and other project or web support duties as assigned.

Overseesand managesservicedocumentation.

Performs quality assurance on all services being developed for clients to ensure quality.?

Processes, prepares, andassistsinmaintainingsupport metrics and monthly business reviews for all services.?

Assistswithproject administration deliverables (i.e.meeting minutes; budget tracking; schedule updates; move management; closeout).

Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Mayprovideinformal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelorsdegree from four-year college or university. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience required.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient,timely,reliableand courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability tocomprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers andsupervisor.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the Technical Services Admin is $76,500.00 annually [or $36.77 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
