We are seeking a seasoned Lead Engineer with extensive experience in cloud technologies, operating production workloads, and implementing continuous improvement processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in establishing and maintaining the infrastructure that underpins our state-of-the-art GenAI services. Position Overview:

As a Lead DevOps Engineer in GenAI Infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing the infrastructure required to support our innovative GenAI services. Your role is crucial in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our AI services while fostering a culture of continuous integration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Architect and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure tailored for GenAI applications.

+ Oversee the operational aspects of production systems, ensuring their reliability and uptime.

+ Champion infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and orchestration to streamline deployment and operational tasks.

+ Drive continuous improvement processes for system monitoring, disaster recovery, and security compliance.

+ Lead incident response initiatives and post-mortem analyses to mitigate future risks.

+ Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure DevOps best practices are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

+ Mentor DevOps team members and promote knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps, systems administration, or related roles, with a proven track record in cloud-based environments.

+ Expertise in managing cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud networking architectures.

+ Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

+ Strong command of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS).

+ Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and implementing observability in complex environments.

+ Skilled in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation of routine tasks.

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience managing infrastructure specifically for AI or machine learning workloads.

+ Knowledge of security best practices, including network security, authentication, and authorization protocols.

+ Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of tackling complex, multi-faceted issues.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
