Staff Management | SMX has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Vendor Management Software (VMS) Analyst. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and analyzing data related to our proprietary Stafftrack software and VMS systems. You’ll provide operational support and ensure accurate financial reporting and invoicing.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $60,000 – $83,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Essential Job Functions

+ Compile and analyze data from various sources to create continuous auditing reports for monitoring operations.

+ Analyze reports from VMS and Stafftrack, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution from operations team.

+ Support operational teams with data uploads and software integrations.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiencies and provide real-time reporting.

+ Create and update reports for Operations and Accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

+ Support Accounting on payment application and reconciliation processes.

+ Assist with audits, revenue adjustments, and error analysis reports.

+ Review client contracts and track key contractual items.

+ Participate in special projects related to legal, compliance, or fraud reviews.

Experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

+ 5+ years of related professional experiences.

+ Experience with VMS tools (e.g., Fieldglass, XRM, IQ-Navigator) or Stafftrack systems required.

+ Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with managers.

+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

+ Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
