WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
+ Manage Coordination and implementation of ECOs (Engineering Control Orders) using the Videojet Engineering ECO process.
+ Be responsible forECO related dataentryusing Oracle and Intelex software systems.
+ Own improvement ofproductivity and efficiency of the ECO pathway from initiation to implementation.
+ Organize and Lead Kaizens for process and metrics improvement.
+ Take the lead as anECO Gatekeeper to ensure complete information packages are submitted.
+ Lead ECO team meetings,drive the completion of cross functional approvals and push forward implementationswith clearly defined target timelines.
+ Own and managetrack of approvals and open items using Excel.
+ Train and support other associates in proper ECO initiation.
ARE YOU QUALIFIED:
+ Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing preferred.
+ 5 years of experience using Oracle database, experience with data entry and willingness to learn new software.
+ Good project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience and or ability to read technical documents.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
+ Comfortable working independently, as well as a part of a team.

US ONLY :
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $90,0000 – $105,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
