We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Purchase & Sales Specialist with QUICKBOOKS Experience in Highland Park, Illinois, United States. The chosen candidate will be part of our security services industry, playing a pivotal role in our operations by accurately processing orders and maintaining financial records. This role is centered around the efficient processing of incoming orders for security services and equipment, as well as maintaining organized records of sales transactions and payments.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently process incoming orders for security services, equipment, and related products

- Enter order details into accounting software systems, ensuring all information is complete and correct

- Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner, adhering to established billing procedures

- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, payments, and client information

- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders and invoices

- Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and reconciling inventory records

- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with other tasks as assigned

- Utilize skills in data processing and customer service to ensure smooth operations

- Utilize accounting software systems such as Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel for data entry and check processing tasks

- Carry out billing functions with precision and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

- Experience with QuickBooks Online

- Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

- Experience with Concur

- Ability to execute Data Processing tasks effectively

- Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Experience in handling Billing Functions

- Knowledge of Check Processing

- Strong Customer Service skills

- Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
